Rosedale Lodge is owned by Duane Simons and Deb (Simons) Snyder. Our Great, Great Grandparents built this house in the early 1900's when they moved to town from their farm north of St. Lawrence. They called their place in the country "Rosedale Farm", so we decided to carry on their legacy with "Rosedale Lodge".
The house was recently renovated, keeping the historic charm, while updating to modern conveniences for your comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. There are 7 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 3 in the basement and 1 on the main floor), 3 bathrooms (one on each floor) and a living room area on each floor. The main floor has a full kitchen and dining room and the basement has a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave.
You can rent by the room or rent the entire house:
- 4 bedrooms have a queen bed and 1 has a double bed
- 2 bedrooms have a day bed with a trundle bed that can be set up as needed.
- Rent individual rooms for $65 per night.
- Rent the entire house for $400 per night.
- These amounts include tax.
WE REALIZE MANY PEOPLE TRAVEL WITH DOGS, ESPECIALLY DURING HUNTING SEASON. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU WILL HAVE A DOG WITH YOU SO WE CAN DISCUSS ARRANGEMENTS.
